it all started on last sun,i was practicing my dance steps and tht was when my knee hit the ground!.
PAIN~

then went to see doc,he said cannot run in the following wk...
bt i feel nth leh..vr normal.
so on mon&wed,i still run for PE.
NTH happened.
today...i ran also,
there's a sudden sharp pain inside my knee aft hmt.
i bear the pain,hoping it will be better aft a while bt it didnt..
to make it worst,i cant walk vr noramlly.

and a big NO-NO for bandage,please.
it makes the whole thing so obvious.
without tht,i act perfectly normal...
bt with tht thing wrap around my knee....
everyone knows im injured or smth which i don want.
except those who read my blog la(:
